Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This website is operated by Diego Dri. It presents unique works and allows visitors to request information, availability and a shipping quotation.

1. Works and availability

Each work is unique. Availability is confirmed personally after an enquiry. Works marked “Sold / Private Collection” are not available for purchase; any price shown is the original price and is provided as a reference.

2. Enquiries, quotations and conclusion of the sale

Adding a work to “Your selection” and sending an enquiry do not constitute a purchase or a binding order. Diego Dri will confirm availability, final price, delivery costs and any specific conditions in writing. The sale becomes effective when the agreed payment is received. For commissioned or made-to-measure works, a deposit and a separate production schedule may be agreed in writing.

3. Prices, payment and shipping

Prices are stated in euros unless indicated otherwise. Accepted methods are bank transfer and PayPal; eligible cards may be processed through PayPal. Shipping is assessed individually according to destination, dimensions, weight and insurance requirements, and is confirmed before payment. The work is dispatched after payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Natural materials

Wood and other natural materials may undergo slight changes in colour or form over time. These variations are inherent to the material and do not affect the integrity or authenticity of the work.

5. Right of withdrawal

Where the buyer qualifies as a consumer and the law applies, the statutory right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure, commissioned or clearly personalised works, within the limits provided by applicable law. Details and return instructions will be supplied with the sale confirmation.

6. Delivery and damage

Works are packed with appropriate protection. Any visible damage to the packaging should be noted upon delivery and reported promptly, with photographs, so that the carrier and insurance procedures can be assessed.

7. Personal data

Personal data submitted through the website is processed to answer enquiries and manage any resulting transaction, as described in the Privacy Policy.
